Amalgamated Property Group re-enters Queensland market with residential tower in Broadbeach

A residential tower just 300 metres from Broadbeach’s idyllic sand and surf will be Amalgamated Property Group’s (APG) first Queensland development in three years after the project received development approval today.

Developed in partnership with Base Developments and designed by Gold Coast architecture firm DBI Design, the ‘Amaya’ project will be a 33-storey tower featuring a range of two- and three-bedroom apartments with floor to ceiling windows, large balconies, and high-end fixtures.

For APG, the project marks its re-entry into the Queensland market. The company previously developed Sierra Grant and Verve on the Gold Coast and Aurora in Brisbane, but is generally more focused on the Australian Capital Territory market.
