Storm-ravaged tourism businesses on the Gold Coast will receive a further $2.5 million in support funding from the Queensland government. Tourism attractions across the region were heavily impacted, with some still closed due to the storm damage. Premier Steven Miles has announced today that 50,000 vouchers, each worth $50, would go on offer via a website to stimulate the Gold Coast's tourism economy.
